When you purchase a GulfVPN pass, we collect:
- A hashed access key (we cannot see or reverse your original key)
- Plan type and expiration date
- Payment transaction ID (processed by Apple/Google — we never see your payment details)
What We Do NOT Collect
- Browsing history or DNS queries
- Connection timestamps
- IP addresses of users
- Bandwidth usage per user
- Any content of your internet traffic
No-Logs Policy
We operate a strict no-logs policy. We do not monitor, record, log, store, or share any of your personal data, browsing activity, or connection information. Our VPN servers are configured to retain zero user activity data.
How We Use Information
The limited information we collect is used solely to:
- Authenticate your access to the VPN service
- Manage your subscription status
- Provide customer support when you contact us
Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. Access keys are stored as bcrypt hashes. All API communications use TLS encryption.

- RevenueCat — for subscription management (receives only anonymous user IDs)

Data Retention
Account data is retained only for the duration of your active pass plus 30 days. After this period, your data is permanently deleted.
